We're always looking for passionate creatives to help lead our chapter. Board positions are volunteer roles with a one-year term, and a great way to grow your network, build leadership skills, and give back to Rochester's advertising community.
Maintain the visual storytelling, branding, and graphic asset creation for AAFGR's events, promotions, and communications. Consistently apply AAFGR's brand identity, look, and visual voice across digital and print channels. Design graphics, social media assets, event flyers, digital banners, and promo materials. Partner with events and communications chairs to deliver visual content for major happenings, such as the American Advertising Awards.
Helps produce the American Advertising Awards Show, AAFGR's signature celebration of creative excellence in Rochester. Partners with awards leaders on planning, judging, entries, venue logistics, ticketing, sponsors, vendors, and show promotion.
Maintains the AAFGR website and related digital touchpoints, keeping content current and ensuring a smooth experience for members, visitors, and awards participants. Supports event pages, awards updates, email content, newsletters, and Mailchimp list management.
